"I just want to say “Thank You” to Williams Information Technology for coming to my rescue when my laptop stopped working. Robert not only picked up my laptop but also dropped it off as a courtesy to me. He quickly isolated the problem and shared the information with me. When I got back my computer, I was in “surprise”. Robert took the initiative to clean up my hard-drive; installed an anti-virus program and other software’s that were well needed for my laptop to work more efficiently. This was my first time using them and I was really impressed with the outstanding service they provided, the timely completion and the overall performance of my laptop. I would definitely recommend them for several reasons, but to name a few: they provide exceptional service; they are courteous, professional, skilled and, very dedicated to their customers. Also, with everyone raising their prices, I found them to be reasonable and fair. As a company, I am pleased to recommend them for the excellent service they offer. "Earlier this year, I had a problem with my laptop blue screening and booting properly. As a result, I was told I needed to replace my hard drive which was considered defective. I took my laptop to two major retailers in Gwinnett County, both of which attempted to resolve my problem by installing new hard drives. As my PC did not recognize the hard drives installed by either shop, I was forced to seek other help. After several days of being without a laptop, I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Robert Williams of Williams Information Technology. My experience was absolutely awesome. I told Robert about my problem and that I needed my laptop back by Wednesday. Needless to say, WIT exceeded my expectations as they communicated with me throughout the troubleshooting process, but most of all returned my laptop to me in working order at the time promised. As a result of their experience and excellent diagnostic efforts, I discovered I did not need a hard drive after all.
